Stadium Amenities for Guests with Disabilities

The Nissan Stadium ticket windows, concessions services, water fountains, merchandise booths, admission gates, restrooms, aisles, elevators, conveyances, and ramps were all specifically designed and built to accommodate guests with disabilities. Every service area, booth and assistance window can be reached with ease by guests in wheelchairs. Should you need assistance with anything during your visit to Nissan Stadium:

Visit one of the Fan Services booths. Fan Services Representatives are staffed throughout the stadium in identifiable red polo shirts.

Text your issue and seating location to 615.205.3699 and a uniformed event staff member will be deployed to your seating area to assist. Standard rates apply.

Accessible seating is available on every level of Nissan Stadium.

Accessible seating can be purchased for all Nissan Stadium events on SeatGeek. When purchasing accessible seating on SeatGeek:
  1. Select the event you wish to attend
  2. After selecting the event, click on the “Filters” button
  3. Scroll down to “Accessibility” and select “Wheelchair” to see available Accessible Seating Locations.
If you do not see any accessible seating locations available for the event you wish to attend, please contact the Nissan Stadium Ticket Office at tickets@titans.nfl.com.
Guests needing to relocate to an accessible seat on event day can visit one of our Ticket Resolution windows for assistance. Ticket Resolution windows are located behind Section 108, 309, and 338.

Please note, all stadium parking must be purchased in advance. 

Nissan Stadium has accessible parking spaces. All campus parking lots require a Nissan Stadium or Titans issued parking pass.

    • For accessible parking on Titans gamedays: You must display a Titans-issued parking pass, along with your ADA placard or license plate. Both must be visible when entering the lot.
    • For accessible parking at non-Titans events: You must display a Nissan Stadium-issued parking pass, along with your ADA placard or license plate. Please note all accessible parking spaces are first come, first served for all patrons with a parking pass. (Prices and availability vary by event.)

Victory Street near Lot J (Enter at S 2nd St)

Visitors with a stadium-issued ADA Drop-Off Lane pass can drop-off and pick-up passengers at the intersection of S. 2nd St. and Victory St. Please note this does not include on-site parking. The driver must access this location from east of the stadium, heading westbound on Shelby St. and turning right onto S 2nd St. Please show your stadium-issued ADA Drop-Off Lane pass to staff when asked.

Complimentary assistive listening devices are available during Titans games for check out at the Fan Services window at Section 124. A photo ID is required for check out and will be exchanged back when the item is returned.

BAG POLICY

BAG POLICY

Bag Policy: To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into Nissan Stadium, the Tennessee Titans enacted a league-wide NFL policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the stadium, regardless of the type of event. More information on the Nissan Stadium Bag Policy can be found here.

An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Guests with medical items can enter through any stadium gate.

Stadium signage identifying restrooms, offices, and other areas is shown both in conventional lettering and numbering and in Braille for individuals with visual impairments, all at appropriate height.

To request an interpreter for an event, please contact us via the form HERE.  In order to accommodate interpreter requests, please contact us at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Should a request be made within two weeks of the event, Nissan Stadium will make every effort to accommodate the request.

SENSORY INCLUSION

SENSORY INCLUSION

Guests with sensory needs can check out KultureCity Sensory Kits at our Fan Services windows in Section 124, 309, or 338, or visit our Sensory Room in Section 101. Sensory Kits include noise cancelling headphones, fidget items, and emotional rating cards. The Isbell-Shires KultureCity Sensory Room at Nissan Stadium was designed by medical professionals specifically for the needs of those who may need a quieter and more secure environment while attending an event. We also have Quiet Areas located in the Mother’s Lounges at sections 310 and 337.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Nissan Stadium welcomes Service Animals assisting guests with disabilities. All other animals are prohibited.

The ADA requires service animals to be under the handler’s control at all times. The service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered while in public places unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices.

All main entrance gates are readily accessible using wheeled equipment. Club and Suite entrances are also easily accessible. Nissan Stadium was designed and built to be barrier free and to meet applicable standards for ramps, concourses, and conveyances relating to width and incline.

Below are the locations of elevators:

  • East Stadium Club – access to Sections 202-222
  • Wesley Mortgage Stadium Club – access to Sections 225-245
  • Southeast Express Elevator (Inside Gates 9/10) – access to Sections 303-321
  • Southwest Express Elevators (Inside Gates 7/8) – access to Sections 326-344

WHEELCHAIR SERVICES

For guests needing wheelchair pick up and/or drop off, our team is happy to assist. To request assistance, please notify the nearest Fan Services staff member on event day.

Wheelchair service is limited between the gate and the guest’s seat. Our staff members are unable to escort guests to restrooms, concession stands, parking lots, or any other areas within or past stadium gates.

If you need a wheelchair for the entirety of an event, it is advised that you bring your own wheelchair and obtain accessible seating. We do not offer storage for personal wheelchairs or other mobility devices. Nissan Stadium is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
