The Local Restaurant Incubator Program, Culinary Combine, is a first-of-its-kind opportunity for Nashville food and beverage businesses to bring their flavors, creativity, and story into the new Nissan Stadium, opening in 2027. This program is designed to highlight the talent that makes Nashville’s culinary scene so special, by giving emerging concepts a high visibility platform in front of thousands of fans. Selected partners will operate within a designated space inside the stadium, allowing them to showcase their brand in a professional, high-energy environment unlike any traditional brick and mortar location.

Beyond exposure, Culinary Combine offers hands-on experience in the world of large scale concessions — a space many small businesses rarely get to access. Whether you’re a restaurant, caterer, food truck, or portable food operator, this program offers a pathway to showcase your craft, refine your operations, and engage with tens of thousands of fans. Participants will gain valuable operational knowledge, from high volume production and inventory planning to fan engagement and menu optimization. With support from the Titans’ and Nissan Stadium’s Food and Beverage Team, incubator partners will receive guidance to help adapt their concept for stadium service, while staying true to what makes their brand unique.

This initiative is rooted in community impact: supporting local entrepreneurship, elevating Nashville’s culinary diversity, and giving promising small businesses the kind of stage that can accelerate growth.
