Fan Services
If you need assistance with anything during your visit to Nissan Stadium, we suggest the following:
- Speak to a uniformed event staff person.
- Text your issue and location to 615-205-3699.
- Call the Fan Services Hotline at 615-565-4494.
- Visit one of the Fan Services booths, see locations below. Fan Services Representatives are staffed throughout the stadium in red polo shirts. Fans can obtain directions, locate stadium services, request assistance and find other useful information at each red Fan Services booth.
Fan Services Locations:
- Lower Level: Gate 1, Gate 3, Gate 6, Gate 9, Behind Section 124
- Club Levels: Top of the escalator on each club level
- Upper Levels: 309, 321, 326, 338
