NASHVILLE — The Blue Angels flew over Nashville in May to salute and thank all healthcare workers, first responders and other essential personnel serving on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19 as part of the “America Strong” initiative.
The flight in mid May started in Rutherford County in Silver Hill, through Walter Hill and down to Murfreesboro. From there, the jets made their way to Smyrna, through Nolensville and over to Franklin.
Next, they went through Brentwood and made their way to Nashville, before circling back to Belle Meade, back again over Nashville and the Brentwood area before leaving Middle Tennessee.
