Clear Bag Policy

We strongly encourage fans not to bring any type of bag to Nissan Stadium to expedite entry at the gates, but if you need to bring personal items to the game, please familiarize yourself with the Clear Bag Policy. Clear bags must be 12" x 12" x 6" or smaller. Non-transparent bags must be no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", even if you are placing it inside your larger clear bag. The Clear Bag policy is in effect for all Titans games, college football games, concerts and any other sporting event at Nissan Stadium.

Banners & Signs

Signs no larger than standard poster board (28″ x 22″) are allowed in the stadium; however, they may not be affixed to any part of the stadium (railing, wall, etc.). Signs may not block the view of other patrons. Banners deemed objectionable will be removed and confiscated. Banners or flags on sticks or poles are strictly prohibited. During concerts and other non-sporting events, permissible signage guidelines are subject to change based on artist and/or management discretion.

Guests attending events at Nissan Stadium must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on our property. Management reserves the right to check proof of age at any time. Violations of this alcohol policy may result in ejection and/or arrest. In accordance with Tennessee state law, alcohol cannot be sold until 10:00 a.m. on Sundays. Commonly, alcohol sales end 30 minutes prior to the end of an event.

Generally, animals are not permitted in Nissan Stadium.

Exceptions are made for assistive animals for guests with disabilities.

There are six (6) ATM machines located in Nissan Stadium for your convenience. Machines are located on both End Zone concourses, behind Sections 101 and 123, on the Upper Level at Sections 310 and 337, and in the Foyer area of the East and West Club Levels.

In an effort to expedite gate entry, Nissan Stadium strongly encourages fans not to bring any type of bag to events. If you need to bring personal items inside the stadium, however, please familiarize yourself with our Clear Bag Policy:

Clear bags must be 12″ x 12″ x 6″ or smaller. They are available for purchase at the Titans Locker Room next to Gate 1 and online at TitansLockerRoom.com. All styles of clear bags are acceptable, pending they are 12″ x 12″ x 6″ or smaller. This list includes clear cinch sacks, clear diaper bags, gallon Ziploc bags, etc.

Non-transparent bags must be no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″, even if they are placed inside a larger clear bag.

Please Note: Non-transparent bags (4.5″ x 6.5″ or smaller) are still subject to inspection by security personnel at the gates.

The clear bag policy is in effect for all events, including Titans games, college football games, concerts, and all other sporting events at Nissan Stadium.

Bicycles

Bicycle parking is located across the street from gates 1, 2, 6, & 8.

Binoculars can be carried into the stadium; however, per the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy, a non-clear binoculars case cannot be larger than 4.5” x 6.5”.

For cold and inclement weather, make sure you’re prepared. Blankets, jackets and coats are permissible; however, do not place them in your clear bag for inspection. Either wear or carry these items as you approach the gate. Also, hats/beanies will need to be removed for screening.

Please note, battery-operated warmers are not permitted in any clothing or blankets.

Still cameras are permitted in Nissan Stadium for events; however, a camera cannot be carried into the stadium in its own bag.

Nissan Stadium security personnel also reserve the right to confiscate professional-size zoom lenses at their discretion.

Video cameras are not permitted at any time (except for working media with credentials at the designated Media Gate).

Concerts and special events may have other restrictions or limitations on cameras and other devices.

Children under age two (2) may be held in an adult’s lap and are not required to have an event ticket. Children must not disturb other patrons in surrounding seats or this privilege may be revoked.

The following child-care products are permitted at all gates:

-Clear diaper bags Clear plastic bottles/sippy cups containing liquid for the child (children under two)

-Baby food, snacks, and formula in plastic containers for children under two (no glass)

-Wipes (Place in clear ziploc bag to expedite inspection and gate entry. Original packaging is permissible; however, it will need to be opened for a detailed inspection.)

-Baby carrier/harness

Breast pumps and other electronic/battery operated child care devices must be screened at the gate in the designated Medical lane. Medically designated lanes can be found at all Nissan Stadium gates, marked with a red Medical sign (this is typically the right-most lane at every gate).

Please enter Gate 1, 5, or 7 for proper inspection and identification.

Strollers are not permitted at any Nissan Stadium gates.

Titans Hospitality has teamed with local and national food brands to bring a variety of outstanding culinary and beverage choices to Nissan Stadium guests.

There are 60 concession stands located throughout Nissan Stadium.

We ask that all patrons use trash cans and recycling bins to dispose of drink containers. Please drink responsibly and drive safely.

Concessionaires will not sell or serve alcohol in violation of law.

For the safety of all our fans, many containers cannot be carried into Nissan Stadium. This includes coolers, glass bottles and cans. If you have a medical need, exceptions may be made at the stadium’s designated Medical lanes, found at all gates. Please note, empty, clear, soft plastic water bottles are permissible.

For Lyft, Uber, taxis, and other rideshare services, the event day drop-off zone is located off Shelby Street. From I-24, turn onto South 2nd Street and proceed to Davidson/South 1st Street. The drop-off location is on South 1st Street by Stadium Lot T.

Please note, the stadium rideshare drop-off location is subject to change.

Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticketing partner of Nissan Stadium. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized ticketing agent on the secondary market, you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets that may not gain stadium entry. The Nissan Stadium Ticket Office is only able to assist patrons who purchase from an authorized ticketing partner. Tickets can only be printed and issued by the Ticket Office to the purchaser on record with a valid photo I.D.

Buyer Beware – If you should choose to purchase tickets from an unauthorized third party:

-Stadium admission will be refused if tickets are invalid.

-Lost or stolen tickets purchased through a third party will not be replaced by the Ticket Office.

-Tickets can only be reissued to the ticket buyer of record with a valid photo I.D.

-If there is an error with your tickets, you are responsible for contacting the third party.

-The Ticket Office will not contact third party vendors.

-Nissan Stadium cannot refund any third party tickets.

-Nissan Stadium is not responsible for items left at Will Call.

Nissan Stadium reserves the right to eject or to refuse admission to any person whose behavior is or becomes unruly or obnoxious, who uses vulgar language, or who participates in conduct that is a nuisance or is illegal. Such individuals will have their event tickets confiscated without refund and will be escorted from Nissan Stadium property by on-duty police officers.

Each ticket (or credential) is a limited, revocable license, which may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Nissan Stadium. All licenses are subject to rules and regulations of Nissan Stadium. A ticket may be revoked and the ticket holder may be ejected from the stadium for failure to meet payment deadlines, disorderly conduct, or violation of laws or rules.

Suite & Club Access
There are two banks of elevators in Nissan Stadium, and these are located on the East and West sides of Nissan Stadium at the Suite/Club entrances. Use of these elevators is limited to Suite/Club seat holders and their guests and to patrons with disabilities and their accompanying guests. (Please note, guests with disabilities that do not have a Suite or Club seat ticket for events but wish to use these elevators must obtain a special elevator pass from the Nissan Stadium Ticket Office by calling 615.565.4200, option 1.)

300-Level (Upper Deck)
There are two banks of high-speed elevators — each with six (6) cars — to service upper-deck ticket holders. The banks of elevators are located at the south end of both the east and west sides of Nissan Stadium, and service goes expressly from the concourse level directly to the upper deck in 15 seconds.

All Nissan Stadium ushers have been trained for proper procedures should an emergency evacuation be necessary.

Appropriate emergency information will be displayed on the scoreboard and/or announced over the public address system.

In the event Nissan Stadium elevators become inoperable, the ramps will serve as exit points. (Ushers and other security personnel will provide assistance should anyone need it.)

Lower Level – Sections 105, 119, 129 and 142
Club Level – Sections 203, 218, 229 and 244
Upper Level – Sections 306, 316, 332 and 341

For the convenience of our guests, Fan Services Representatives are located in booths throughout the Nissan Stadium concourses on event days. Guests can obtain directions, locate stadium services, request assistance and find other useful information at each red Fan Services booth.

First-aid stations can be found at each of the following locations:

-Main Level – Sections 105 in the NE corner; 142 in the NW corner

-Press Level – North of the elevator foyer near the freight elevator

-Club Level – North of the elevator foyer near the freight elevatorUpper Level – Sections 305 and 342

Saint Thomas Hospital medical staff and paramedic units are on duty for those requiring medical assistance.

Nissan Stadium entrances typically open two (2) hours prior to the event start time. There are ten (10) main entrances and two (2) separate entrances for the Club and Suite areas. There are 78 magnetometers available for entry. We suggest arriving early for each event. Please note, only Club and Suite Level tickets will be permitted entry through the East and West Stadium Club entrances.

You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into Nissan Stadium. By tendering your ticket and entering Nissan Stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates and Nissan Stadium landlord, or their agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into Nissan Stadium.

All Nissan Stadium gates have designated Medical lanes. Medical equipment and supplies (including liquid containers and coolers) will be thoroughly screened by security personnel at all gates. When feasible, medical equipment and supplies should also be placed in a clear bag to expedite inspection. Medically designated lanes are marked with a red Medical sign (this is typically the right-most lane at every gate).

During an event, report lost or found items to the South Fan Accommodations window located behind Section 123.

Children who have lost their parents will be escorted to the police room located on the Service Level. Parents will be notified by public address to contact appropriate Nissan Stadium personnel or the Fan Services booths for information.

For all events, Nissan Stadium will have magnetometers located at all points of entry.

Fans entering the magnetometers are asked to place personal belongings, including keys and cell phones, in the bowl on the security screening table next to the magnetometer then proceed through the magnetometer.

Clear bags should also be placed on the table for bag search, along with non-transparent bags smaller than 4.5” x 6.5.”

The Media entrance is located on the West side of Nissan Stadium next to Gate 6. Proper stadium-issued credentials are required for entry.

All bags and belongings are subject to search.

All Nissan Stadium gates have designated Medical lanes. Medical equipment and supplies (including liquid containers and coolers) will be thoroughly screened by security personnel at all gates. When feasible, medical equipment and supplies should also be placed in a clear bag to expedite inspection. Novelty stands with a variety of merchandise are located throughout Nissan Stadium.

The main merchandise store is located on the Main Level near Section 113.

Other stands are located at:

-Main Level – Sections 107, 133 and 140
-Club Level – Sections 206, 217, 230, and 241
-Upper Level – Sections 305, 318, 329, 342

Mobile tickets are accepted at all Nissan Stadium gates on stadium event days. If you need assistance with your mobile tickets on event day, please visit the ticket windows by Gate 1. Ticket Office personnel can assist guests who purchased through a valid source – Ticketmaster, NFL TicketExchange or the stadium’s Ticket Office. Proper photo identification is required to assist with any ticket resolution – no exceptions.

PDF/print-at-home tickets are no longer accepted at Nissan Stadium gates for entry into Titans home games. Guests may still use PDF/print-at-home tickets for all other stadium events, however.

Breastfeeding mothers are welcome to breastfeed anywhere in Nissan Stadium that their ticket allows. 

Please note, there are currently three Mother’s Lounges available to nursing mothers. All Lounges are equipped with a changing table and chair for nursing. Mother’s Lounges are located behind Sections 101, 310, and 337.

Nursing mothers seeking private accommodations are welcome to use the Mamava Suite located on the concourse behind Section 119.

Convenience paging is not permitted in Nissan Stadium at any time.

Emergency situations requiring a page may be initiated at a Fan Services booth, but only in urgent circumstances.

For most stadium events, guests may purchase parking passes online in advance through the Nissan Stadium Ticket Office or through the event ticket link. Additionally, cash lots will be available at Nissan Stadium on event day.

*** For Titans football games at Nissan Stadium, parking lots require a Nissan Stadium-issued parking pass. There will be no exceptions. Violators will be towed. ***

For guests with disabilities, Nissan Stadium has 114 accessible parking spaces. For accessible parking on stadium event days, you must display your government-issued disability placard or license plate. Accessible parking spaces are first-come, first-served. (Prices and availability vary by event.)

Activities and items not permitted in the parking lots:

-Infringing on another patron’s parking space
-Throwing or kicking of balls or other objects
-Running or jogging
-Disorderly conduct
-Distributing handbills or pamphlets
-Picketing or electioneering
-Saving parking spaces
-Tents or canopies without permits issued by Nissan Stadium
-Weapons of any kind
-Drugs
-Tailgating in a manner or location not permitted by Nissan Stadium

Management reserves the right to eject persons from the parking area and to tow vehicles. Review Nissan Stadium’s tailgating rules here. These rules are designed to keep the parking areas safe and to protect all guests.

Stewart Parking operates all Nissan Stadium parking lots.

Police officers are on duty throughout Nissan Stadium for all events. Patrons in need of assistance from the police should notify the nearest usher or officer.

The police room is located on the Service Level.

Officers are on duty from the time stadium gates open and until one (1) hour after the event has concluded.

Officers are also present in all campus parking lots.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

-Any non-transparent bag larger than 4.5” x 6.5”

-Coolers or containers, including glass bottles, cans (aerosol and non-aerosol), thermos, hard plastic tumbler

-Metal flasks, metal cigar/cigarette cases

-Seat cushions, folding and/or standalone chairs

-Umbrellas

-Strollers or baby seats

-Camera lenses over 6”, video cameras/recording devices, tripods

-Poles, selfie sticks, sticks of any kind

-Drones, unmanned aircraft

-Horns, whistles or other noisemakers

-Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives)

-Outside food/beverages

-Illegal drugs or substances, any alcoholic beverage

-Animals, except service animals assisting guests with disabilities

-Footballs, inflatable balls, balloons

-Battery-operated warmers are not permitted in any clothing or blankets

-Any headwear or apparel with hazardous attachments including, but not limited to, spikes and blades

-Lights (flashlights, LED lights, any battery-operated lights)

-Anything that creates a nuisance or disruption

For the protection of our fans, prohibited items cannot be stored by Nissan Stadium personnel. All unattended items including, but not limited to, backpacks, bicycles, strollers, and umbrellas will be disposed.

During concerts and other non-sporting events, and at the discretion of artists and/or management, additions may be made to the prohibited items list.

Recycling containers are located throughout the stadium concourse and in all Nissan Stadium parking lots.

Patrons on Nissan Stadium property can be ejected for conduct deemed unacceptable by the Nissan Stadium management, including but not limited to the following:

-Throwing or kicking of any object

-Standing on seats or chairs

-Stepping over chairs from one aisle to another

-Placing food or beverages on walls, ledges or overhangs that may spill or drop on guests below

-Running or jogging in Nissan Stadium

-Abusive or vulgar language

-Disorderly conduct

-Public intoxication

-Possession or use of drugs

-Obstructing justice

-Having an open container of alcohol (other than that dispensed by concessionaire)

-Public indecency

-Threatening other patrons with words and/or actions

-Criminal trespass

-Wearing clothing with abusive or vulgar terminology or inappropriate photographs or symbols

-Selling items or tickets on Nissan Stadium property

-Distributing or displaying handbills without prior consent

-Smoking (except in permitted areas) or spitting tobacco juice

-Standing, sitting or loitering in aisles, ramps or other areas of conveyance

-Fighting

Outside seat cushions may not be brought in through the Nissan Stadium gates due to their large size, construction, and ability to conceal potentially explosive or harmful devices.

Nissan Stadium has a NO SMOKING POLICY in the seating bowl, Suite and Club areas. Areas are provided for smokers on the ramps located at each corner of Nissan Stadium. In addition to the ramps, Club patrons may use the designated Club verandas located at Section 237 on the West side and Section 210 on the East side. A designated smoking area is also available in the grassy area behind the South End Zone scoreboard.

Smoking policies are subject to applicable law.

Lockers for oversized bags and prohibited items not allowed in to the stadium are available for rent at the following locations:

-Corner of 2nd & Victory (by Lot T)
-Corner of 1st & Russell (by Lot F)

Locker rentals start at $10.

Of note, prohibited items will not be accepted at the stadium gates for safekeeping. To that end, please do not discard or hide banned items outside of the stadium gates or around the perimeter landscaping.

All unattended items will be confiscated.

Except as otherwise expressly permitted under these Nissan Stadium rules, patrons may not use sound-amplification equipment of any kind in or outside of Nissan Stadium, including the parking lots.

Small tablets, such as a standard iPad (with screen size 10″ or less), are permissible for stadium entry. These devices may be used in your seat as long as they do not interfere with any other guest’s enjoyment of the event. We reserve the right to ask any guest to discontinue the use of such devices.

Because of the limited parking space around Nissan Stadium, tailgating is permitted only directly behind a patron’s vehicle and is subject to Nissan Stadium rules. Management reserves the right to limit or restrict tailgating.

The following tailgating guidelines apply for all events:

-Do not block parking access.

-Use bins and trash receptacles.

-Vehicles may not obstruct the roadway.

-Patrons may use televisions, radios and other music-playing devices in and directly behind the parking space in which the patron’s vehicle is parked, at a reasonable volume, so long as they do not interfere with any other fan’s enjoyment of the tailgating or event experience.

-Hot coals should be extinguished and deposited in the coal bins/dumpsters located throughout the parking lots.

Charcoal Grill Safety Rules:

Type: Portable grills only

Surface: Set your grill on a level fireproof surface within your designated parking area.

Location: Always use your grill at a safe distance from motor vehicles, tailgating guests, flammable and combustible materials: Keep children away.

Gasoline or Kerosene: Never use these or other fluids to start the fire in your grill.

Starter Fluid: Use only an approved charcoal lighter fluid and never apply lighter fluid directly on hot coals or the fire.

Children: Do not leave a hot grill unattended and keep children away at all times.

Hot Coals: Dispose of hot coals in designated bins/dumpsters in parking lot and extinguish them with water.

Trash: Do not place trash in barrels designated for hot coals and ashes only.

Entries: Do not block.

Fire Protection: Keep a container of water and an approved fire extinguisher accessible.

Gas Grill Safety Rules:

Type: Portable grills only

Surface: Set your grill on a level fireproof surface within your designated parking area.

Location: Always use your grill at a safe distance from motor vehicles, tailgating fans, flammable and combustible materials.

Setup: Set up your grill in accordance to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Open the Lid: Before turning on the gas and lighting the grill, always open the lid to prevent an explosion from gas build-up.

Gas: Check for gas leaks. If you detect a leak, immediately turn off the gas and do not attempt to light until leak is fixed.

Ignition: If a burner does not ignite or a burner goes out during operation, turn off gas and wait five minutes before trying to light.

Gas Supply Valve: Always shut off or close valve when cooking is complete or when grill is not in use.

Children: Do not leave a hot grill unattended and keep children away at all times.

Trash: Do not place trash in barrels designated for hot coals and ashes only.

Entries: Do not block.

Fire Protection: Keep an approved fire extinguisher accessible.

On event days, Customer Service windows are open at the Gate 1 ticket windows outside of the stadium, as well as on the concourse behind Section 108 for ticket resolution.

Please note, if a ticketing issue arises in-stadium and a patron’s seat is occupied by another guest and the conflict cannot be resolved, contact the nearest usher for assistance. Please do not sit in any open seat, as this will only delay resolution. Nissan Stadium prefers to resolve ticket issues prior to the event start time, when possible.

Ticket Office personnel can only assist guests who purchased through a valid source – Ticketmaster, NFL TicketExchange, or the stadium’s Ticket Office. Proper photo identification is required to assist with any ticket resolution.

For the safety of our fans, and in an effort to maintain clear seating sight lines, umbrellas are not permitted inside Nissan Stadium. Gate personnel will not check umbrellas. Rather, these items must be left in the guest’s vehicle or taken to a locker rental location.

Water fountains are located throughout Nissan Stadium at:

Lower Level Sections: 107, 109, 110, 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 125, 129, 130, 132, 133, 137, 138, 140 and 141

Club Level Sections: 210, 215, 232 and 237

Upper Level Sections: 305, 306, 307, 310, 312, 314, 315, 317, 318, 319, 328, 329, 330, 332, 333, 335, 337, 340, 341 and 342

Tickets being held by request may be picked up at the Will Call windows on the East side of Nissan Stadium by Gate 1.

Proper photo identification, such as a driver’s license, will be required in order to pick up tickets – no exceptions.
